The APWA Chicago Metro typically hosts the annual Expo during National Public Works Week. This two day event is a great way to see the latest equipment, tools, speak with vendors, attend education sessions and watch (or participate in) the end loader, snow plow and backhoe competition. The winner of the backhoe competition gets the opportunity to compete at PWX and represent the Chapter.

Volunteers

Expo is a two day event which requires the help of volunteers. Volunteer to help with registration, helping out with the competitions, education room monitors, greeting people at the hospitality area and with the PW5k run. Volunteers can sign up here.
