2020 Chapter and Branch Scholarships

Chapter Scholarship Programs

Annual Scholarship Program

The APWA Metro Chapter is excited to offer numerous opportunities to help fund your training, education, and degree programs.  Did your employer trim the training budget, postpone your plans for certification, or drop your degree program request? The Chicago Metro Chapter is here to assist : 1) employees of public works agencies in need of training, certifications, or continuing education; and 2) full- and part-time students enrolled in an associate, bachelors, or graduate degree program related to a public works career field. Employees at all levels should be encouraged, and in 2020 especially, our Committee wants to see creative pursuits toward on-line learning. Begin your path to improvement through credentialing or certification programs (ASE, EVT, IEPA operators, LEED, to name a few), and consider this year PWX@Home, APWA’s all-new online expert-led education and virtual and interactive experiences and education sessions presented throughout 2020-2021.
