The 2017 Municipal Engineering Foundation Victoria study tour involves four Australian Local Government Public Works Officers, from the State of Victoria, traveling as a group visiting and learning from local authorities and related organizations in United States and Canada.

The four tour participants - Geoff, Emma, Matt and Frank - are a mix of public works officers with engineering, planning and management backgrounds representing four different municipalities throughout the state of Victoria and City of Melbourne.
